OCA Videotape
Videotape includes the OCA 25th Anniversary video and
the following speeches presented at the OCA National Convention in Washington,
DC: Vice President Gore's address, Washington State Governor Gary Locke's
address and Acting Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Bill Lann
Lee's convention speech. Copies are available for $18.00 per tape including
postage and handling.
OCA College Affiliates Program
Formed in 1994, the OCA College Affiliates Program provides
Asian Pacific American (APA) and Chinese American student campus organizations
a link to the OCA national headquarters in Washington, D.C. Members of
OCA College Affiliates are able to access OCA programs, activities, news,
resources, and information. This program is open to student organizations
on college campuses that subscribe to OCA's goals and mission.
Scholarships, Educational Programs and Awards
Every year, OCA sponsors a wide variety of educational programs and scholarships for APA youth
OCA Internship Fund
This program is an investment in the future of our youth
and our community! Contributions to the OCA Internship Fund are used exclusively
for the OCA Internship Program, which places our youth in the Congress,
Federal agencies, and OCA National Headquarters. Contributions also will
be acknowledged in issues of IMAGE. Due to the support of OCA chapters
and individuals, OCA is able to continue an internship program that is
training 15-20 students during the year at $2,500 each.
New Media Scholarship Fund
AsianAvenue.com is an interactive online community for
those of Asian heritage. Contributions to the New Media Scholarship Fund
are raised by registering at http://www.AsianAvenue.com/oca. $2 will be
donated to the New Media Scholarship Fund for every new account created.
